Job Description:

Mechanical Fitter – Road Repair Machinery

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a small, skilled manufacturing team assembling and maintaining road repair machinery .

What you’ll do:

Assemble new machinery and integrate onto HGVs

Repair, inspect, fault-find and maintain equipment (on & off site)

Work from drawings, troubleshoot issues and improve systems

Support factory maintenance and train colleagues

What we’re looking for:

Time-served or qualified Mechanical Fitter

Strong fault-finding and assembly skills

Experience with engines, hydraulics & pneumatics (advantage)

Able to work independently with high attention to detail

UK driving licence essential (HGV a bonus)
